Sea Cadets participating in Freedom of City ceremony muster at HMCS Chippawa |

The bus departs HMCS Chippawa for Manitoba Museum and the Freedom of the City ceremony |
| 1045 hours: |
Royal Canadian Sea Cadets march from the Manitoba Museum to City Hall |
| 1100 hours: |
Royal Canadian Sea Cadets perform the Freedom of the City ceremony in the courtyard of Winnipeg City Hall |
| 1130 hours: |
Royal Canadian Sea Cadets perform a march past on Main Street in front of Winnipeg City Hall |
| 1145 hours: |
The bus departs the Red River College campus for HMCS Chippawa |
| 1200 hours: |
Sea Cadets participating in the Freedom of City and travelling from out of town are served lunch at HMCS Chippawa |
| 1300 hours: |
Manitoba Navy League Cadets and Royal Canadian Sea Cadets muster at HMCS Chippawa in preparation for the ceremony |
| 1345 hours: |
Manitoba Navy League Cadets and Royal Canadian Sea Cadets march up Navy Way to Broadway Avenue and west on Broadway to the grounds of the Manitoba Legislature |
| 1430 hours: |
Manitoba Royal Canadian Sea Cadets perform the Sea Cadet Centennial Celebration ceremony on the grounds of the Manitoba Legislature |
| 1600 hours: |
After the ceremony is complete, the Cadets return to HMCS Chippawa for a private function; the dignitaries attend a private function; and the Sea Cadet Alumni attend their private function |

Navy League Cadets receive a meal at HMCS Chippawa |
